No, we don't rent shoes so please bring your own; otherwise, we sell some in our shops.

No. Bike rentals always begin on the morning of the first day you made your reservation for (see opening hours). It is not possible to pick up your rental bike the night before because there would be no guarantee that it would be available since all of our rental bikes are washed and serviced after they are returned to meet specified and technical standards.

For organizational reasons, we can only accept reservations in advance that are for at least 3 consecutive days. Therefore, if you want to rent a bike for only 1 or 2 days, then you have to do this on a daily basis; in this case though, the availability of models and sizes to choose from is limited. Also, the model of your choice may not be available during peak season. If you reserve a bike for 3 consecutive days, we guarantee it will be available.

Not in the regular rental price. You can book (online & in our shops) damage insurance for a small surcharge that is valid for 7 days. This insurance can be used for road bikes, e-bikes (not e-MTBs), trekking bikes and urban bikes.
In case you have any question, please our live chat or send us a message (use the window on the screen downright)

Yes. You can additionally book comprehensive insurance coverage for damage on the bike with a deductible; theft, vandalism and third party use are excluded. The person who rents the bike must bear the costs for all damage on the bike that is not covered in the insurance.

The person who rents the bike must immediately report any damage to the bike and have it promptly repaired. Costs from damages caused by a crash, misuse or vandalism are to be paid for right away by the person who rented the bike. Damage costs cannot be deducted from the rental deposit if you continue to rent the bike. Both parties subject themselves to the courts and arbitrators of the laws of the town in which the rental contract was issued.

If you have any questions, please use our live chat / message system (on the screen downright).

Tours

In this case, we'll inform you early enough and recommend alternative options.

Since the bike you rented is reserved for you for the entire rental period, you would, in this case, then be renting 2 bikes. We can, however, give you a 30% discount on a bike that you would like to try out during your rental period.

Basically, we can offer you the 3rd tour at a cheaper price – it isn't possible though to get a retroactive discount.
