Atlantic Ocean Ride to Taurito - E-Bike excursion on Gran Canaria

Explore the best of the south and refuel with tapas by the Atlantic.

This e-bike tour follows Gran Canaria’s stunning south coast, combining seaside scenery, iconic landmarks, and a relaxed ride between picturesque resort towns.
Perfect for leisure riders who enjoy longer rides at a moderate pace, with gentle hills and a few winding descents that require basic bike-handling skills.

The route:
We start at the Playa del Inglés shop with a meet & greet, safety briefing, and e-bicycle setup.

Our first stop is the Maspalomas sand dunes, a must-see natural landmark. After enjoying the views, we continue towards the Faro de Meloneras and ride along the Meloneras promenade to the beach.

From there, we join the scenic GC-500 coastal road, following the shoreline to the town of Arguineguín. After a short exploration, we continue past Puerto Rico and the famous Amadores Beach, soaking in the views of the Atlantic all along the way.

We reach Taurito before turning back toward Maspalomas, taking alternative routes to explore new spots and stopping for a relaxed Canarian tapas lunch.

The day ends back at Playa del Inglés with a well-earned post-ride recovery drink at the Free Motion Bikecenter.
