Bike Week Package - Terms & Conditions

The Road Bike Week, eMTB Week, and eBike Week are sold as fixed packages.

• The number of rental days and included tours cannot be modified, exchanged, or reduced.
• If you wish to extend your bike rental or book additional tours, please speak with our shop staff during your stay.
• All rental days must be taken consecutively.
• All included tours must be booked and completed within the selected rental period.
• No refund, credit, or partial reimbursement will be granted if:
  • the participant chooses not to attend one or more included tours; or
  • the bike is returned before the end of the rental period.
• No additional discounts can be applied to Bike Week packages, including but not limited to:
  • Loyalty discounts
  • San Agustín discounts
  • Dunas Villas discounts
  • Group discounts (subject to final confirmation)
• The €10 voucher cannot be redeemed against sale or discounted products.
• Participants may only use the approved bike models associated with their selected Bike Week package:
  • eBikes are not permitted on eMTB tours.
  • Hardtail bikes are not permitted on eMTB tours.
  • Participants must use the bike category specified for the booked package and tours.
