After checking in at the Free Motion Hub in Playa del Inglés, we start this eMTB cycling tour with a gentle 12km warm-up. This takes us on a winding tarmac road up through the beautiful Ayagaures Valley. Once we arrive in the village of Ayagaures, it's time to go off-road! We climb the hill to the east and enter into what we call the Grand Canyon region. This spectacular area is filled with mountains, ravines and breathtaking views. Making our way along a dirt track and across 3 ravines we reach the Fataga Valley. Here, we climb up to the village of Fataga where we take a break and enjoy a locally sourced lunch.Once our energy levels have been replenished, we turn south and head out of the valley, taking in a few short climbs and exhilarating descents along the way. The last climb of the day takes us up to the Mirador de Degollada de las Yeguas. From this spectacular vantage point, our climbing efforts are rewarded with amazing views of both mountains and ocean. From here it's pretty much all downhill! We follow a fun singletrack trail, built by the local MTB enthusiasts. This MTB trail leads down to San Fernando and then across to Playa del Inglés. This is where we conclude the tour and can enjoy some well-deserved refreshments!
