This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the website www.free-motion.com (the "Website"), owned by Freesports Marketing, S.L.U. (the "Owner"). Browsing the Website confers the status of user and implies full acceptance of the terms set out in this Legal Notice.

6. Personal data protection

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR), and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), we inform you of the following:

7. Alternative dispute resolution

In accordance with Article 21 of Spanish Law 7/2017, of 2 November, transposing Directive 2013/11/EU on alternative dispute resolution for consumer disputes, please note that Freesports Marketing, S.L.U. is not a member of any consumer alternative dispute resolution scheme. Notwithstanding the above, consumers may refer any dispute arising from the contracting of our services to the Junta Arbitral de Consumo (Consumer Arbitration Board) corresponding to their place of residence, for out-of-court resolution.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. Where the user is a consumer, the courts of the consumer's domicile shall have jurisdiction, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. In all other cases, the parties submit, expressly waiving any other forum to which they might be entitled, to the Courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Spain).

9. Amendments

Freesports Marketing, S.L.U. reserves the right to amend this Legal Notice to reflect legislative or case-law developments, as well as industry practice. These terms remain in force until replaced by a duly published update on the Website.
